We have handled major corporate transactions in the banking and finance and securities, project finance, mining and telecoms sectors amongst others, and have clients spanning across all business sectors. This includes initial negotiations, joint venture structuring, corporate restructuring and reorganisations, security enforcement and recovery, company secretarial issues, performance of due diligence work, incorporation and registration of companies, and all related contractual work.

  • Advised Sobetra Construction and Engineering Company based in Italy on foreign registration and local company incorporation and establishement a place of business in Tanzania
  • Advised Atvantic Group based in Tanzania on diverse anti-trust matters including the requirement of registering Standard Terms in accordance with the requirements of the Fair Competition Act, 2003
  • Advised Tanganyika Instant Coffee Public Limited Company (TANICA PLC) on Fair Competition Commission (FCC) related matters.
